The myplace portal is the online system the NDIA provides for participants, nominees, and providers to view plan details, statements, and payment information.

A participant or their nominee uses the portal to check budgets and approve payment requests, while providers use a separate side of the same system to submit claims linked to service bookings.

The portal reflects the NDIA’s own records, so figures shown there are drawn from the same system providers and plan managers use to process payments.
