NDIS Commission
NDIS Commission is the short name for the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, the independent body that regulates providers and workers.
NDIS Commission is the short name for the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. It is a body independent of the NDIA, responsible for provider registration, the NDIS Code of Conduct, and worker screening.
Where the NDIA builds plans and manages funding, the Commission handles complaints, regulates conduct, and keeps the public register of registered providers.
Participants, families, and providers can each raise a concern about conduct or safety directly with the Commission, separately from anything to do with a plan or its funding.
