Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct is the NDIS Commission's set of rules requiring providers and workers to act safely, honestly, and respectfully.
The Code of Conduct is the standard the NDIS Commission applies to every registered and unregistered provider and worker delivering supports under the scheme.
It requires supports to be provided safely and competently, requires honest and transparent dealing with participants, and prohibits misleading conduct, including marketing that overstates what a support does.
A breach of the Code can be reported to the NDIS Commission, which investigates providers and workers regardless of their registration status.
